Frequently Asked Questions What is my account number? Your login ID for My A's Tickets is the same as your Athletics account number. Your account number is used, along with your password, to login to My A's Tickets. How do I change my password? Once you have logged in to your My A's Tickets account for the first time, click the My Account tab and select "Change Password". Follow the instructions to enter a new password and save the changes. What if I forget my password? You may request a new password by clicking the "Reset Password" link on the login page. What if I forget my account number? You may request your account number by clicking the "Retrieve Account Number" link on the login page. What information can I change in My Account? You can update or change your name, address, phone number, email address, and credit card information.
