Account Manager

Account Manager is the core of your My Tickets account. Use this area to manage your password, update your personal information and personalize your preferences.

Account Info Tab:

  • View and update your personal information including phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information.

Buddy/Recipient Tab:

  • View your Buddy List (season ticket holders only).
  • View and edit your Recipient List.
    • Click on recipients name to edit info.
    • Click on recipients e-mail to send a message.

Transfer Payment Info Tab:

  • View and update your credit card info.
    • Change the credit card info stored on-line by updating the info and clicking on the “Save Changes” button.
    • Delete all card info by clicking on the “Delete” button. You may only delete your card on file if you do not have any pending ticket tosses waiting for acceptance. If you have a ticket toss offer that has not been accepted you must have a card on file on your account.

Change Password Tab:

  • Change your password by entering your current password and a new password.
    • Click “Save Changes” to complete the change.

E-mail Preferences Tab:

  • Update when you would like to be notified by e-mail by clicking on the check boxes next to the e-mail you would like to receive.
    • Click “Save Changes” to complete the change.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is my account number?

Your login ID for My Tickets is the same as your Red Sox season ticket account number, as provided by the team. If you are not a season ticket holder, your account number was assigned when you created your My Tickets account and was e-mailed to the address that you specified when the account was created. Your account number is used, along with your password, to login to My Tickets.

How do I change my password?

Once you have logged in to your My Tickets account for the first time, click the My Account tab and select "Change Password". Follow the instructions to enter a new password and save the changes.

What if I forget my password?

You may request a new password by clicking the "Reset Password" link on the login page.

What if I forget my account number?

You may request your account number by clicking the "Retrieve Account Number" link on the login page.

What information can I change in My Account?

You can update or change your phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information.
