My Account is the core of your My Sabres Tickets account. Use this area to manage your password, update your credit card information and personalize your preferences.

What is my account number?

Your login ID for My Sabres Tickets is the same as your Sabres season ticket account number, as provided by the team. If you are not a season ticket holder, your account number was assigned when you created your My Sabres Tickets account and was e-mailed to the address that you specified when the account was created. Your account number is used, along with your password, to login to My Sabres Tickets.

How do I change my password?

Once you have logged in to your My Sabres Tickets account for the first time, click the My Account tab and select "Change Password". Follow the instructions to enter a new password and save the changes.

What if I forget my password?

You may request a new password by clicking the "Reset Password" link on the login page.

What if I forget my account number?

You may request your account number by clicking the "Forgot My Account Number" link on the login page.

What information can I change in My Account?

You can update or change your email address, phone #, email preferences, password and credit card information.

What e-mail notifications will I receive for my account activity?

You will receive an e-mail when you change your password; a Transfer offer is accepted / declined / expiring; when your next subscription payment is due; when you make a subscription payment; if there is a problem authorizing your credit card.

What is the Transfer List?

This is where your list of Buddies and Recipients are stored. Buddies are the patrons you have selected as being the most frequent recipient of tickets from you. During the course of the season you can Transfer to a Buddy at no charge as many tickets as you would like. However, once someone is designated as a Buddy, they cannot be removed until the next season. 100/200/300 Level season ticket holders have 2 free buddies per season. Suiteholders have 10 buddies per season. Recipients are patrons for whom you pay $2 per ticket to Transfer tickets to. Your Recipient list can be as big as you would like and can be updated at anytime.
