Using Your My Tickets Inventory Manager

My Tickets Inventory Manager is the database of your My Brewers Tickets account. From the My Tickets page, you'll be able to view, manage and track all activity associated with your entire Milwaukee Brewers ticket inventory.

How to Use Your Inventory Manager:  

  1. Click the My Tickets tab
  2. Select a month to view the list of upcoming games for which you currently hold tickets in your Brewers account.
  3. Click on any game to see a list of the seats that you hold for that event.
  4. To refresh the inventory for a game, select the check box next to the game and click the refresh button.

How to Filter the List of Tickets within Inventory Manager:

You may filter your inventory list to see only certain types of tickets by selecting the following views:

  • All tickets for all upcoming games in your My Brewers Tickets account.
  • Active tickets only – Defined as tickets that have NOT been transferred to another person or sold on StubHub Resale and are still valid for admission to the ballpark.
  • Transfer tickets only – Defined as tickets that have been digitally transferred to another person or are in a pending transfer offer.
  • StubHub Resale tickets only – Defined as tickets that have been sold or are posted for sale on StubHub.

How to Add Notes to Your Tickets within Inventory Manager:

  1. Click on a game in your Inventory Manager (e.g. Sun May 22, 1:05PM – Yankees at Brewers 4 seats)
  2. Enter a note next to each seat that you wish to track (such as Took Bob and Molly, Brewers won 10-2, etc.)
  3. Click Save Description. Your personal notes will appear next to each seat in your Inventory list for future reference.

StubHub Integration with My Brewers Tickets allows designated ticket holders to resell tickets to any fan that is browsing for tickets. Anyone may purchase tickets that are posted for sale on StubHub.

How To Use StubHub Integration to Sell Your Tickets:

  1. Any tickets listing in your Inventory Manager that have an icon indicating Available for StubHub Resale may be resold.
  2. Check the box next to each of the tickets you want to post online for other fans to purchase. You may choose tickets from one game or multiple games. StubHub will create a unique listing for each individual game with the tickets selected for that game.
  3. Enter the last four digits of the barcode from each ticket that you wish to sell to verify that you have each ticket in your possession.
  4. Click Sell on StubHub.
  5. You must have a StubHub account to resell your tickets.
    • If you do not have a StubHub account, choose Get Started on the StubHub login page. My Brewers Tickets will send your name and address information to StubHub. Complete the StubHub account form. Choose the option to link your My Brewers Tickets account to your StubHub account to avoid the need to login to StubHub in the future.
    • If you already have a StubHub account, choose Login To Your Account. Choose the option to link your My Brewers Tickets account to your StubHub account to avoid the need to login to StubHub in the future.
    • If you have linked your StubHub account to your My Brewers Tickets account you will automatically bypass the StubHub login page.
  6. The tickets you have selected to resell will be presented to you.
  7. StubHub offers several options to resell your tickets. You may set a fixed price; you may choose to set a price that declines at refular intervals until the tickets are purchased; or you may choose to put your tickets up for auction and let bidders determine the amount they wish to pay. Please refer to the StubHub FAQ for complete detail on how to create resale offers.
  8. Tickets posted for resale on StubHub will appear as such in your My Tickets inventory list and the ticket offer will be listed on the My Brewers Tickets History page for a record of your resale activity. You can also edit or cancel your offer from the History page.
  9. If your tickets are sold, you will receive an email notification. The barcode on your original tickets will be disabled and your tickets will no longer be valid for admission to the ballpark. New tickets will be issued for the buyer. Please destroy any original tickets in your posession once you receive confirmation that they have been sold on StubHub.
  10. When you create a resale offer on StubHub, you may choose how to receive payment if your tickets are sold. You may receive the proceeds as a credit on your My Brewers Tickets account for later use, via PayPal or as a check from StubHub. Please refer to the StubHub FAQ for complete detail on how to receive payment.
  11. If your resale offer expires without being sold, you will receive an email notification. If your tickets do not sell, the original tickets remain valid for entry. You may use the tickets or use Ticket Transfer to transfer the tickets to friends or family.
  12. You may edit or cancel the offer from the History page at any time before the tickets are purchased.

Only Authorized Brewers season ticket holders may sell tickets with My Brewers Tickets StubHub Integration.

How to Transfer Your Tickets

Ticket Transfer allows you to share selected tickets from within your Inventory Manager with your friends, family, colleagues or whomever you wish.

  1. Select the My Account tab. If you have not yet done so, select the Transfer Payment Info button and enter the credit card that you would like to store on your account to pay for transfers. You must have a card on file to transfer tickets.
  2. From the My Tickets Page, select a game and check the tickets you wish to transfer.
  3. Enter the last four digits of the barcode for each ticket that you wish to transfer to verify that you have each ticket in your possession.
  4. Click Transfer.
  5. Select a recipient to receive the tickets. Use the convenient drop down list of recipients that you have previously entered, or enter a new recipient.
    • To add a new recipient, enter the person's full name and email address in the boxes provided.
  6. Type a personal message to the recipient, up to 255 characters, in the space provided.
  7. Click Transfer. The Recipient will receive an email with your personal message and instructions on how to accept or decline the tickets.
  8. If this is your first transfer offer, you will be prompted to enter a credit card to store on your account if you have not already done so (see #1, above). You will be charged $2.00 per ticket for each transfer that is accepted. If a transfer is declined there will be no charge. You may change your transfer credit card at any time in My Account tab.
  9. A transfer offer may be cancelled at any time before it is accepted.
  10. If the recipient accepts the tickets, you will receive an email confirmation along with a personal message from the recipient. Your original tickets will no longer be valid for entry to the selected game.
  11. If the recipient declines the tickets, you will receive an email confirmation along with a personal message from the recipient. Your original tickets will remain valid.
