Your online ticket manager

With My SF Tix, you can easily manage your season and single tickets from a secure and convenient location on the Giants website.

What you can do with My SF Tix:

  • View a list of all your San Francisco Giants tickets from one online location.
  • Use the My Account Tab to update your account information including password, email address, phone number, credit card information, email confirmation preferences, etc.
  • Sell your tickets to other fans when you can't use them. (Subject to resale permission)
  • Share your tickets with friends, family, colleagues or whomever you like with Ticket Relay.
  • Donate tickets to charity for their use.
  • Add notes to each ticket to track how you use them.

Convenience: The online service is "open" 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so you can manage your tickets when it is convenient for you.

Time-Savings: All "transactions" are performed electronically using the barcode, which eliminates the time and effort needed to mail or give your tickets to others.

What is the To Do List?

The "To Do" List is the communication network within your My SF Tix account. It is the first thing you'll see when you login and the first thing you should review.

Sample "To Do" Items:

  • Process your season ticket renewal
  • Accept or decline ticket relay offers
  • Review detailed How To documents that will help you optimize your My SF Tix account.

How to Accept or Decline a Ticket Relay offer:

If someone has offered to Relay tickets to your account, you will receive an email from the sender with a link to accept or decline the ticket offer in your "To Do" List.

  1. Click on the ticket offer that you have received.
  2. If you have already accepted at least one Relay, future offers will appear in your To Do List and you will not need to accept from the email offer. Simply select the offer from your To Do List.
  3. Enter a personal message to the sender in the space provided (optional).
  4. Select Accept if you would like the tickets
  5. Select Decline if you are unable to use the tickets.
  6. If you accept the offer, enter your personal identification. You will not be charged to receive a Relay. This information will only be used to pick up your tickets at the Will Call Kiosks at AT&T Park or Scottsdale Stadium.
  7. An email with your personal message will be sent to the person that offered the tickets along with notification of your acceptance or declination.
  8. If you accept the offer, the tickets will appear in your Inventory Manager and can be picked up at any Will Call Kiosk at AT&T Park or Scottsdale Stadium.

How to Renew Your Season Tickets:

If you have season tickets to renew, you will be presented with your ticket package in the "To Do" List. If you have more than one set of tickets, you will see a list of your ticket packages.

  1. Click the package that you wish to renew.
  2. Review the tickets to ensure that they are the seats you want to renew.
  3. Select any credits that you may have with the Giants and apply them to your account.
  4. Choose your payment option, either "pay in full" or take advantage of an "installment plan" offered for your convenience by the Giants.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Select the method of payment.
  7. Enter your credit card information.
  8. Select Continue to complete your ticket renewal.

Click on the My Giants Tickets tab to view and manage tickets on your My SF Tix account.
