With My Nationals Tickets, you can easily manage your season and single tickets from a secure and convenient location on the Nationals website.

What you can do with My Nationals Tickets:

  • View a list of all your Washington Nationals tickets from one online location.
  • Use the My Account Tab to update your account information including password, phone number, email address, credit card information, email confirmation preferences, etc.
  • Sell your tickets to other fans when you can't use them. (Subject to resale permission)
  • Share your tickets with friends, family, colleagues or whomever you like with Ticket Transfer.
  • Add notes to each ticket to track how you use them.

What is the To Do List?

The "To Do" List is the communication network within your My Nationals Tickets account. It is the first thing you'll see when you login and the first thing you should review.

Sample "To Do" Items:

  • Process your season ticket renewal
  • Accept or decline ticket transfer offers
  • Review detailed How To documents that will help you optimize your My Nationals Tickets account.

How to Accept or Decline a Ticket Transfer offer:

If someone has offered to digitally transfer tickets to your account, you will receive an email from the sender with a link to accept or decline the ticket offer in your "To Do" List.

  1. Click on the ticket offer that you have received.
  2. If you have already accepted at least one transfer, future offers will appear in your To Do List and you will not need to accept from the email offer. Simply select the offer from your To Do List.
  3. Enter a personal message to the sender in the space provided (optional).
  4. Select Accept if you would like the tickets
  5. Select Decline if you are unable to use the tickets.
  6. An email with your personal message will be sent to the person that offered the tickets along with notification of your acceptance or declination.
  7. If you accept the offer, the tickets will appear in your Inventory Manager.

How to Renew Your Season Tickets:

If you have season tickets to renew, you will be presented with your ticket package in the "To Do" List. If you have more than one set of tickets, you will see a list of your ticket packages.

  1. Click the package that you wish to renew.
  2. Review the tickets to ensure that they are the seats you want to renew.
  3. Select any credits that you may have with the Nationals and apply them to your account.
  4. Choose your payment option.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Select the method of payment.
  7. Enter your credit card information.
  8. Select Continue to complete your ticket renewal.

Click on the My Tickets tab to view and manage tickets on your Nationals account.
