| Q | I have logged in for the first time, but have been sent back to the log in screen? |
| A | The first time you log in you are required to accept the terms and
conditions. You then need to log in again to access your account
details, but wont be shown the terms and conditions screen again. This
only happens on your first log in.

| Q | I am logging in late at night and can’t access my account? |
| A | The system is unavailable between the hours of 1.00am to 3.00am daily

| Q | I don’t have a date of birth set how do I log in for the first time? |
| A | You will need to utilize the "reset password" link on the left hand side of the log in screen, you will then be asked for some details so we can verify your details and then your new password will be sent to you via email. The next time you log in you can use the Change Password button in your account settings to change it to one of your choice.

| Q | I am using my password from the old system and it wont work anymore? |
| A | The new system requires a new password. Initially this password will be your date of birth in the format MMDDYYYY, Once you have logged in you can change your password to one of your choosing.

| Q | I am trying to add Friends & Family (F&F) to my F&F list, but the system can't find them? |
| A | First check you have their details correct, then check they have registered online themselves. If your F&F contacts haven’t registered online then the system wont be able to locate them in the online list of patrons. If your F&F don’t have access to a computer you can register them (with their permission), but they must read and accept the terms and conditions, you must then log in a second time and ensure that all their personal details are up to date including their date of birth. Without this information you wont be able to add them as a F&F. Once they are on your F&F list you can buy tickets on their behalf and they will still receive their loyalty points on their individual account.

| Q | I have just renewed my Season Ticket and the confirmation email says I have renewed a game on some obscure date? |
| A | The confirmation email lists the first game in the season ticket package. Prior to the fixture list being issued in June, this first game will have a random date because we don’t know when it will be played. You can ignore this date.

| Q | When I log into my account the first menu item is my "To Do List" but there is nothing in it, what is this used for? |
| A | Here you have the option to confirm a reservation which the club has made on your behalf. You Typically have a certain amount of time to pay for these items. These unpaid reservations can be for various tickets or packages. Return here, for example, to renew your Season Ticket, or to pick up a reservation for a cup game.

| Q | When I log into my account the third menu item is my "Buy Tickets" option, What is this used for? |
| A | Here you have the option to buy tickets for any matches currently on sale. The advantage to you as a Platinum Season Ticket Holder, Season Ticket Holder or a Member is that purchasing through your MyTickets account, pre-populates all of your details when you arrive at the payment screen. |
