Ticket Terms and Conditions of Sale

  1. All tickets sold or issued are subject to the LPA Ticket Code of Practice, a copy may be obtained from www.liveperformance.com.au or from Box Office.
  2. Tickets are valid only when purchased through Darwin Entertainment Centre or an authorised agent.
  3. The right of admission is reserved by Venue management. Any ticket holder that arrives after the scheduled commencement time of the event may not be allocated to their designated seat or area until there is a convenient break in the program, if any.
  4. Particulars of the performance may be changed without prior notice. Darwin Entertainment Centre reserves the right to vary, substitute or withdraw advertised programs, artists, venue and seating arrangements as necessary.
  5. Tickets may not be on-sold at a premium (including via on-line auction sites), nor may they be used for advertising, promotional or other commercial purposes. Darwin Entertainment Centre reserves the right to cancel any ticket sold or offered for resale in breach of this condition, without notice and without a refund, and the ticketholder may be refused entry into the event.
  6. Patrons who disrupt a performance or do not comply with the Conditions of Entry may be asked to leave the venue without refund of the ticket purchase.
  7. The right is reserved to not replace lost or stolen tickets where seating is general admission. Darwin Entertainment Centre encourages tickets purchased in advance to be treated like cash.
  8. Tickets and valid concession cards must be retained throughout the performance and Venue Management reserve the right to evict any person or persons not in possession of a valid ticket.
  9. Refunds will be provided to ticket holders where an event is cancelled, re-scheduled, or significantly relocated, or where required by law. A refund shall not be provided where a ticket holder is dissatisfied with an event, refused entry or evicted from an event, fails to attend the event or their ticket is lost or stolen without proof of purchase being provided.
